Kyokuto Die Casting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.(KDS), which was wholly invested by Mizutani Corporation of Japan and Hanano Corporation of Japan, was founded in Shanghai in 1995. Our company has abundant capital, the most advanced equipment in the world, and a team of experienced and technically proficient Chinese and Japanese professionals. Our company became a major producer of close tolerance aluminum and zinc die casings in China and enjoyes a good reputation among our domestic and foreign customers and die casting industry. All equipment and 3-D CAD/CAM systems were imported from Japan?Arepresenting the most advanced manufacturing equipment in the world. In-house die plant includes every precision machine nece-ssary for the die construction, repairing, and maintenance. Automation is used extensively throughout the die casting plant. In 2001 Mizutani Precision Machining (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.(MSC) was added for precision machining by the same investors. Its equipment were first-rate and all imported from Japan. We offer domestic and foreign customers comprehensive production capability from product design consultation , die design and construction, die casting, precision machining to assembly. Strictly observed quality control and strong management ensure satisfaction of customers' requirements.
