( hereinafter refer to as GZTJ) is a Joint-stock company which was reconstructed and established on the basis of Ganzhou South Nonferrous Metal Plant in November of 2002 by Tianjin Tejing Hydraulic Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter refer to as TJTJ which is listed in China Shanghai Stock Exchange Market ); Tianjin Xinhao Investment & Development Co., Ltd. together with the Natural Persons. GZTJ is one of the majority holding subsidiaries of TJTJ. Meanwhile, GZTJ has established a Joint Venture Company with Jiangxi Rare Earth and Rare Metals Tungsten Group - Ganzhou Jiangwu Ferrotungsten Ltd.
