In the over 20-year history of the plant, because of continuous development of science and technology, both in process and in raw materials, engineers could have an opportunity to invent the new generation high-tech, long lifespan and environmental-friendly product--BUFFALO brand rollers. The characteristics of the product are: hard and elastic, good adaptability, highly resistant to aging, non-delamination, super adrasion resistance. The abrasion loss is as low as CM/1.61KM: 0.05. The product is in amber color and translucent appearance. Inspection result by China Qingdao Import and Export Quarantine Bureau per criteria GB/T9874-1998 shows that there's no phenol, a kind of carcinogen contained in the product. Therefore, this product is widely welcomed by customers here and there. The annual sales income of enterprise grows at a 20% acceleration along with the growth of production. Currently, annual production capability is 200,000, ranking first place within the region of China. The products have been sold over 20 provinces to over 880 direct customers domestic, also to other 18 countries in Asia, Africa and South America, In South America, sales agent have been set up. A joint venture factory with annual production capability 100,000 was set up in Burma with the approval document No.104[2001] from Foreign Trade Department of the Nation. The products made there will cover South-east Asian market directly. The enterprise is granted for import and export business managing qualification by the government of P. R. China, and it makes foreign currency USD 3,000,000 for the country annually. A branch called Shanghai Tendor Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. was set up in Shanghai by the enterprise to provide better service for customers domestic and abroad.
