A Special Production Base for New High-Temperature Resistant Resin and Epoxy Hardener Both our FB high-temperature resistant resin and epoxy resin hardener ?V SP resin have passed the provincial evaluation and are No.1 in China. The FB high-temperature resistant resin won copper prize in the Fifth Exhibition of the China Inventor Association and Gold Prize in the ??94 Chendu China Spork science and fechnology Fine Product Exhibition. The F-serial hardener is a new product developed for common epoxy resins to resist high-temperature, flame (high oxygen index, low smoke and non-tonic) and oxidization and is used as a matrix to compound epoxy adhesives, Paints and other composites. Various models are avaible such as F-51A,F-51B and F-52B. The shear strength of the sheet steel sample bound with it is 15-25Mpa at room temperature and 6~10Mpa at 300?J. The sheet steel sample still has good strength after exposed to 400?J for one hour then kept to room temperature. The F-hardener compounded epoxy paint changes progressively at high temperature to C-based coat which is bright, dense, acid and alkali resistant and high-temperature resistant even at 400?J. The F-hardener can be used with special epoxy resin for unique performances.
