Yixing Nonmetallic chemical Machinery Factory was established in 1957 by the former State Chemical Industry Department. The predecessor of the factory was the chemical ceramics part of Shanghai Tianyuan Chemical factory. It is now the largest and most advanced manufacturer of nonmetallic abrasion-proof equipment in China.. Currently the factory has a area of 230,000m2, with total assets of over 60 million RMB. It has four subsidiary parts, eight workshops and a R&D center. The factory now has a staff of more than 900 persons, about 200 of them are engineers and technicians. In the past few years the factory established several joint venture with German and Japanese partners. With the state-of-the-art equipment, we are dedicated to produce the world-class products in this industry. Currently the factory has capacity to produce annually 11,000 tons of chemical ceramics and about 6,000 nonmetallic abrasion-proof equipment. We have good reputation in this specific field, our products has been used in a variety of industry like petroleum , chemical, pharmaceutical, fiber, colored-metal, mining, pesticides, fertilizer and environmental protection industry, and our clients cover 28 provinces in China. For years, we have been keeping optimizing the structure of our products and focusing on research and development to bring about high technological, multi-serial products. Currently we have 12 categories and about 2,000 products which may includes mechanical pump, pipe, vessel, ceramic filtering machine, towers, valves, acid-proof and heat resistant bricks, mechanical sealing materials, engineering ceramics, and milli-pore ceramic filters. Many of these products have been honored and bout 10 patents have been acquired. The factory was assigned a second class enterprise by the state government, and it is also a Hi-tech enterprise with ??AAA?? credit in Jiangsu province.
