Our company is equipped with advanced equipments of Germany, Korea and Taiwan. Such as continuous metling furnace, gravity and low pressure casting machine, heat treatment machine, CNC center. For excellent quality control, we utilize a standardized X-Ray inspecton machine, spectrometer machine, dynamic balance Tester, gas tightness tester, salt spray tester, impact tester, radial load durability tester and rotary bending durability tester, ect. The company has passed Japan VIA, ISO9001 and TS16949. Our company's advanced production equipment is capable for over 1 million painted and chrome wheels annually. Our products are mainly sold to US, Europe, Japan, Korea and Mid-east markets.
Our long term plan is, within next 5-7 years, reaching a production capacity of 10 million pieces wheels annually, by investing 1 billion RMB(approximately 125 Million US Dollars). Our current production capacity is 1200000 pieces per year, and the figure is expected to reach 2 million pcs by the end of 2004. Our current production per month is about 70000 pieces.
Our major equipments are imported, such as LPM casting machines(20 sets); CNC (include vertical lathe W24T-2 axis mirror machine) from IMT of Italy; X-ray from V.J of the United States; Continuous heat treatment furnace from Shoe, Japan; 3-jaws hydraulic solid chuck from DAEWOO of South Korea; Spectral Analysis Detector from ARL of Switzerland; Bending Moment Fatigue Test Machine from MAKRA of Germany,etc.
We are ISO9001 and VIA certified,and it is expected we have the certificate of ISO/TS16949 by November of 2004.
We can produce wheels from 10"ATV to 26". Wheels of silver,hyper silver,machining(light),machining(specular),polishing and chrome are available. We develop alloy wheels by ourselves,also with the drawings provided by the clients.
