Beijing Mould and Die Factory Beijing Mould and Die Factory was built in 1957.We are one of the specialized mould and die manufactures which have the longest history and largest production scale in the mould four key mould and die manufacturing enterprises elected nationwide by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. We are also an organizational and permanent member of the Mould and Die Engineering Association of China. Our factory is divided into nine sub-factories according to the different mould types and the special processes. Additionally we have the Mould Technology Research Institute and the Mould and Die Manufacturing Training School. Our factory has over 700 employees, of whom 20% are senior and middle level engineers. Another strength of our factory is we possess the excellent manufacturing and testing equipment for our products. We also adopt the advanced technology of CAD/CAM to our production. We mainly design and produce the casting dies, various stamping dies, forging dies and plastic mould, rubber mould, glass mould etc. We also produce the standard die set of the stamping dies and excellent die casting also plastic injection moulds in batch and the extrude mould for plastic shaped materials and the material for doors and windows.
