The predecessor of company is China Textile Machinery Manufacturing Works, which was established in 1921.It was converted to be a stock corporation called China Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter as CTM). CTM's ordinary shares and foreign shares were separately both listed on Aug.5th & July 28th, 1992 in Shanghai stock Exchange. The total capital stock is RMB 357,091,535 yuan.
